Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Hudson Creative Group, LLC (“we,” “us”) for your use of this website, Gaggiuino Part Supply. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The printed parts sold here are offered with explicit permission from the Gaggiuino team. We are not the Gaggiuino project. Questions about which parts to buy for a build, or about the project itself, belong on the Gaggiuino Documentation or the Gaggiuino Discord Server. Questions about an order from this site go to sales@hudsoncreativegroup.com.

Orders

You can browse and check out as a guest. No account is required. At checkout we collect your email, shipping address, and the shipping option you choose. Payment is taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout; we never see or store your card number.

Prices are in US dollars. The total charged is the merchandise price (including any material or color upcharge) plus the shipping option you select. We do not add sales tax at checkout.

Parts are printed to order. We aim to ship within one week. If demand exceeds production, it can take up to 10 business days. Orders are processed in the order received.

Order cancellation and changes

Cancellation and change requests must be emailed to sales@hudsoncreativegroup.com. There is no cancel button on this site, and a request made anywhere else will not be honored. We will do our best once the email arrives. If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.

A change can reset your place in the production queue. We will process the change in the order it was received. Requests for a shipping-status update within five business days of placing an order will go unanswered.

Returns and refunds

Returns are considered case by case. Used parts cannot be returned.

If a printed part is defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will replace it at no charge. We are not responsible for problems caused by other parts of a Gaggiuino build, such as poorly sized or machined boards, screws, or magnets. Contact the vendor of those parts.

If we agree to a return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from the United States. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time come from live carrier rates for the address and cart you enter. Once an order ships, we email tracking information.

We typically ship Monday through Friday, occasionally on Saturday, and not on USPS holidays.

Duties and international fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may incur duties, taxes, or fees that are not included in the total shown at checkout. Those charges are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office before ordering if you want to know what to expect.

Data we collect

Browsing the catalog does not require personal information. When you place an order we collect the email, name, phone, and shipping address you enter so we can charge the order, print it, ship it, and send confirmation and tracking emails.

Payment is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s site and are not stored on ours. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle that data.

We use the address you provide to request shipping rates from our carrier (Shippo). That request happens on our servers; Shippo is not loaded in your browser.

There is no newsletter, no contact form, and no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. Order questions should be emailed to sales@hudsoncreativegroup.com.

Traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. We keep order records so we can fulfill and support them. We do not sell your information.
